WEDDINGS
Our full service weddings are what get us the most excited. All design plans are customized and based around your budget and needs. Our 2024 minimum for weddings is $2,500 with an additional set up/delivery fee based on the final design. A LOOK INSIDE
OUR PROCESS
Here's an overview of what you can expect working with us. We're known for our personalized approach and our attention to detail.
1. initial consult
After you inquire, through the website or directly through email, we'll send over an initial outline of potential design plans along with any questions we may have.
After a handful of emails back and forth and a complimentary phone call if needed, we will send you a first draft design plan along with descriptions and photos to help illustrate our ideas.
2. PROPOSAL DELIVERY
3. Contract and Deposit
Once our draft design plan is edited and Ok'd, we will draw up a contract based on our discussed designs, and collect a signature and 25 % deposit to book.
4. Follow up consultation
1-2 months prior to your wedding, we will reach out to discuss any edits to your floral needs. This includes final table counts, any additional floral needed, vase rental selection etc. This can be scheduled as an in person meeting, over zoom, or through email communication
5. Mood Board delivered
At the same time as our pre-wedding consultation, we will deliver a mood board focusing on palette and design style to ensure we are on the right page with your design aesthetic.
Once we have established any edits to the final design plan, an updated floral list will be emailed over along with the final payment amount due, and Mountain Root's day-of wedding timeline. The final payment is due two weeks prior to the wedding date.
Your wedding day! We will arrive at a pre-arranged time, giving us the perfect window to deliver your personal flowers, set up the reception area, flower installations and do a final sweep before wrapping up 1-2 hours before your ceremony start time. Most full service weddings include vase and candle rentals, which we will return the next afternoon to collect.

Our farm-grown and sourced flowers give you an elevated design that look nothing like the typical florist's wedding flowers. Yours will be full of different and interesting blooms in a natural and effortless style. We have heard from so many clients and wedding guests that our flowers were the highlight of their wedding!
It's strange to say, but I used to not be a flower person! The longer I am in the industry, and see the difference that flowers bring to a space, the more I am convinced that florals are one of the most important and transformational elements of a wedding design. My feeling is a lush design, full of bespoke flowers, will make your event!
